For stray dogs living on the streets, each day can be a fight for survival.
They’re always searching for food and a safe place to rest, while also dealing with untreated injuries and illnesses that can quickly turn deadly.

This was the reality for one dog who was found with a deep neck wound, lying helplessly on the ground, too weak to stand. His fate seemed grim until rescuers from Animal Aid Unlimited arrived just in time.
The team worked gently to comfort him before carefully moving him to their shelter. Once there, they cleaned and dressed his wound and gave him the pain relief he so desperately needed.
Though the road to recovery was long, there were early signs of progress. At first, he was too weak to eat on his own and had to be fed with a syringe. Remarkably, by the next day, he managed to eat by himself. By the ninth day, his neck wound was healing beautifully.
It’s hard to imagine how hopeless he must have felt in those early days, but thanks to the kindness and dedication of the rescuers, he found his strength again. His story is a reminder of the power of compassion and the hope that comes from being cared for.
